KOTI - Korea Transport institute

On 4 June 2025, the Korea Transport Institute (KOTI), led by President Kim Youngchan, and the Changwon Research Institute, led by President Hwang lnsik, held a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The MOU aims to establish a cooperative relationship for joint research projects and information exchange between the t wo institutes. In attendance at the ceremony were KOTl's President Kim Youngchan; Vice President Shin Heechul; Director-General of the Road Transport Research Division, Cho Hansun; Director-General of the Rail Transport Research Division. Lee Ho; Director-General of the Logistics Research Division, Min Yeonju; Director of the Planning and Coordinati on Office, Kim Dongjun; and Director of the External Cooperation and Public Relations Team, Kim Seoncheol. From Changwon Research Institute were President Hwang lnsik; Director of the Urban Space Research Division, Yoon Jaebong; Director of the Research Planning Team. Kim Daeyeong; Director of the Changwon Port Logistics Research Centre. Kim Woongseop; and Director of the Changwon Youth Policy Research Centre, Hwang Hwiwook were in attendance.
